When you submit a booking or enquiry form, we may collect:

We do not knowingly collect any personal data directly from children. Information about your child (such as their name and age) is provided by you, the parent or guardian, for the purpose of the design service.

We share limited information with the following third parties, only as needed to deliver our service:
- Stripe (payment processing) — handles your payment securely. We do not store your card details; Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they process your payment information.
- WhatsApp — if you choose WhatsApp as your preferred contact method, messages are handled according to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
We do not share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to deliver the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to 6 years after your project is complete, in line with UK tax record requirements). Room photos and floor plans are kept only as long as needed for your project, then deleted.

- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict how we use your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
