Atelier Lilu is a London-based studio specialising in children's room design and bespoke furniture. These terms apply whenever you book one of our services through our website.
We offer three services:
- Room Layout Ideas (£69) — three tailored space-planning layouts with one revision round.
- Complete Room Design (£595) — a fully designed room, with concept routes, final layout, wall elevations, colour visualisation, joinery drawings and a full specification. One revision round is included at each stage. A London home visit is available for an additional £75.
- Full Project Delivery (from £8,900) — a fully managed transformation, including survey, bespoke furniture manufacturing, decoration and installation.
Exact pricing, inclusions and revision terms for each service are confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation.
- Payment is taken securely via Stripe at the time of booking. We do not store your card details.
- For Complete Room Design and Full Project Delivery, the amount paid at booking is a design fee/deposit, which is credited toward the full project value as described at checkout.
- Once payment is confirmed, we'll contact you using your preferred method (email or WhatsApp) to begin your project.
You're responsible for providing accurate measurements, photos and requirements. If information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, we may need to request updated details, which could affect the timeline of your project. Changed measurements or a materially changed brief may require a new quote.
Each service includes a set number of revision rounds (specified at checkout). Additional revisions beyond this are available at an extra cost, as set out at the time of your booking.
- Room Layout Ideas: the planning fee is non-refundable once work has begun, but is credited in full if you upgrade to Complete Room Design.
- Complete Room Design: the design fee is credited toward an Atelier Lilu bespoke furniture order. Bespoke service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Full Project Delivery: the design deposit is credited in full toward your final project value once a detailed quotation is agreed. Bespoke service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Typical timelines are outlined at each stage of the booking process (e.g. three tailored layouts within 4 working days for Room Layout Ideas). Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, your response time, and the scope of works involved.
For Full Project Delivery, a detailed quotation is prepared after a home survey and approved specification. Production, delivery and installation timings are confirmed with you in writing before work begins.
Design concepts, layouts, drawings and specifications we create remain the intellectual property of Atelier Lilu until full payment for the relevant service has been received. You may use the final approved designs for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
We take great care in the advice and designs we provide, but we cannot guarantee that every recommendation will be suitable for your specific property without a full survey. We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate measurements or information you provide, or from work carried out by third-party contractors not engaged directly by us.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
